Billing and pricing
How are prices shown?
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). VAT for UK customers is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major UK debit/credit cards and digital wallets supported by our payment processor. Your card will be charged in GBP.
What is your refund policy?
If a course is not a fit, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 20% of the content. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in GBP.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. After checkout you can download a VAT invoice with our UK company details and your billing information.
Do you offer student or educator discounts?
Eligible UK students and educators may apply for a 15% discount. Verification is required during checkout.
Access and learning
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Our beginner path covers the basics of line, shape, value, and simple compositions.
Are courses live or recorded?
Most lessons are recorded. Optional live critique sessions are available in selected courses.
How long do I have access?
Unless otherwise stated, you receive ongoing access to purchased courses, including updates and new lessons added to the course.
Can I watch lessons offline?
You can cache lessons in your browser for offline viewing. Downloading source files is allowed for personal study if included in a course.
Are captions and accessibility features available?
Most lessons include English captions. Keyboard navigation and contrast-friendly themes are supported. If you need reasonable adjustments, contact support.
Certificates, community and policies
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes, a digital certificate is available upon completion of each course. You can add it to your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Is there a UK community?
Yes. Selected courses include access to UK-friendly discussion spaces and scheduled critique sessions aligned to the London time zone.
Is content suitable for young learners?
Courses are designed for adults and older teens. For younger learners, adult supervision is recommended.
How do you handle my data?
We follow UK GDPR. We collect only essential data to provide access, improve content, and support your account. You can request data export or deletion at any time.
Can I gift a course to someone in the UK?
Yes. After purchase you can assign the course by entering the recipient’s email in the gift transfer flow.
Do you have options for teams and schools?
We provide multi-seat licences with centralised billing and progress reporting for UK organisations. Contact us to discuss.

Where can I read the terms and policies?
Terms, privacy, and cookie policies are available in your account area. You can also request them via support if you need a PDF copy.
How often are courses updated?
We ship updates regularly. Minor updates arrive monthly; major modules are released quarterly and included at no extra cost.
What are the technical requirements?
A modern browser and stable internet connection are sufficient. For digital painting modules, any tablet or pen display that works with your device will do.
